Favourite meal of the week? It’s hard to beat a Sunday Roast. We’re talking meat (chicken, beef, pork or a vegan alternative), proper crispy roast potatoes, massive Yorkshire puddings, veggies (need to get the 5 a day in) then gravy, sounds like a dream right?
Hangover or not, Sunday’s are a day of rest, don’t slave away in the kitchen. Get down to the pub, have a couple of beers and stuff your face.
