Little Dough Pizza will be joining Rad Dude Food as Cutlery Works newbies in July (either 10th or 17th). This is an exciting new project from Craft and Dough‘s former head chef. Craft and Dough is The Milestone Group’s pizzeria so the move across the Island makes sense.
What can we expect from Little Dough Pizza?
Woodfired Neo-Neapolitan pizzas topped with the best of Italian ingredients, British charcuterie (maybe British mozzarella!) and local, seasonal produce.
They will also be serving up brunches and seasonal specials using some of the best vegan mozzarella out there, the entirety of the sides are vegan!
