Just when you thought ordering at Kommune couldn’t get any harder, Hanoi 75 have thrown their hat into the ring.
After spending 3 years in Vietnam teaching English, Hanoi 75 owner returned home with a fire in their belly. Authentic Vietnamese cuisine is a hotbed of influences that’s what Hanoi 75 brought to Manchester when they first opened up.
Starting up with a 20-year-old double-decker bus which was transformed into a restaurant the business has grown and is expanding out of Manchester’s Hatch and into Sheffield’s much-loved food hall Kommune which fully reopens Monday 17th May. Not only will Hanoi 75 be joining all your Kommune favourites, ProovePizza and Aria have also joined the family too!
