La Baracca on Abbeydale Road have joined Open Kitchens, the nationwide scheme to feed those in need, using the kitchens of restaurants which are currently closed.
La Barraca’s pledge is to feed the elderly and vulnerable. Their aim is to cook up 150 meals a week, for 12 weeks (a total of 1800 meals!), but they would love to donate.
They need your help, well, your money. It costs just £1.85 to cover the cost of each meal, if you can help out please donate here.
