Leaves Of The Trees: Reflective Coronavirus Memorial installation is set to take place at the Sheffield Cathedral from the 3rd to 29th October.

The free installation, currently at Exeter Cathedral will also take place at Lichfield and Rochester Cathedral has been curated by Peter Walker, who was part of the team that brought ‘The Angels are Coming’ and ‘The Observatory’ to Sheffield Cathedral which was visual treat. 

Designed to remember those we’ve lost to COVID-19 the installation consists of 5000 steel leaves with ‘hope’ written on each.

They will be laid out like fallen autumn leaves. appearing as though naturally scattered by the wind, the leaves symbolises the past and what has transpired in the mad year.

Admission to the installation is free.
