After the COVID-19 lockdowns and delays from the Sheffield City Council and Supertram, there finally seems to be a future in sight for the Rag N Tag rock bar in the arches underneath Commercial Street.
Once all parties are happy, the owners say that they are just six months away from reopening the historic Barrow Boys Pub N Grub bar on Shude Hill.
The venue promises to hold regular, intimate gigs, something that has been harder and harder to find in the city.
Work on reopening the venue has been a long time coming and the pandemic has only delayed things further.
Fingers crossed everything goes to plan from now on.
