As of midnight tonight ‘non-essential shops’ will be forced to close for 4 weeks. 4 weeks where they would normally be gearing up for Christmas gifting, 4 weeks that would help them get back on track following the 3 months+ lockdown earlier in the year.
Many of these businesses survive on week-by-week trade and many will find it tough to reopen at the beginning of December when restrictions ‘should’ be eased.
If you’d like to help your favourite independents reopen again there’s one way… Gift cards!
Why not buy a gift card that can be redeemed when they are back, either to treat yourself, use it to purchase presents or gift it to a loved one.
Here’s a list of just some of Sheffield’s independents selling gift cards. They’d love it if you could help them out.

P.S. The Art House really struggled to reopen before, if you could help the charity out with a donation it would allow them to continue to do the great work that they do.
