The Wick at Both Ends WILL be reopening on Saturday 4th July under new management!

Another favourite gone. The Wick at Both Ends on West Street has been a go-to for many nights out, whether you’re gearing up for a big one, nipping in before you head home, having a full on sesh there or wanting top pub grub and decent drinks.
A Facebook statement this evening reads
“The Wick sadly will not be reopening as you know it, we would like to thank all of our customers and staff past and present for such a great time over the year’s. We look forward to seeing you on the other side the bar of many of our fine city’s independent pubs and bars, The Wick xx”
One of West Streets longest surviving bars will be missed.
Unfortunately we’re expecting more news like this to come from other pubs, bars and restaurants who were already struggling to survive before lockdown.
