Where is the best pizza in Sheffield?

There’s never been a better time to eat pizza in Sheffield. We’ve got some many great options from authentic to experimental.

It’s hard to pick a favourite so here’s some options. Eat out or enjoy at home.

Napoli Centro (Broomhill) brings the authentic taste of Neapolitan woodfire pizza we’ve come to love to Sheffield. It isn’t just the pizza that brings authenticity, their sides come straight out of the homeland too.

It’s the pizza we mostly care about and it’s what they care about, the dough is soft and flavoursome. When the smallest details are perfect you know you are in for a treat.

Picture House Social underneath the iconic Abbeydale Picture House cinema is a great place to catch up with mates, have a game of ping-pong and enjoy a freshly cooked pizza.

Little Dough Pizza (Kelham) from head chef at Craft & Dough to Cutlery Works. Little Dough Pizza moved into the food hall after lockdown with the freedom to experiment and create the pizzas they have always wanted to and they don’t disappoint.

Urban Pizza Co. (Kelham) isn’t your typical pizzeria, firstly it is based in a converted shipping container (at SteelYard Kelham), secondly they do chicken tikka pizza (you need to try it) and thirdly they try to replicate all their pizzas for vegetarians and vegans.

The Porter Pizza Company (Sharrow Vale Road) have become a well established pizzeria since opening in 2015. Inspired by tastes from European holidays and a desire to change the perception that pizza isn’t junk food. If you’ve tasted Porter Pizza you’ll know they succeeded.

Pour (London Road) is Sheffield’s only pizza spot dedicated for vegans but that shouldn’t put carnivore’s off, you don’t feel like you miss anything. Not only are all the pizzas vegan but it’s a craft beer bar with vegan-only beers, what a dream.

Terrace Goods (City Centre)  initially opened as Fools Gold Pizza serving up deep dish style pizzas in Orchard Square, a couple of weeks later lockdown happened. Post-lockdown and a few changes (name and menu) later and they are now offering pizza by the slice like you’re in New York.

Eat In.

Why go to Italy when you enjoy all these slices in the Steel City!
